The light snowfall overnight bought our high schoolers a couple of hours reprieve from exams but fortunately did not cancel school altogether - to the great relief of those of us with plans for the upcoming 4-day weekend. Although we only got an inch or less, the roads were still seriously treacherous. Nice work all you bus drivers for getting our kids to school safely. Good luck on your remaining exams, Bruins!

Shoot! I can't believe I didn't get this picture in focus. I dropped my daughter off at the Broadneck football game this evening, and loved the shot of the four tubas and tubists in a row. I quickly pulled into a parking spot and took the picture before they dispersed, but I didn't get the focus right in my haste. So close! Looking sharp, guys! (but hopefully not sounding sharp... or flat...umpahpah... :)
